The Bear and the Dragon

It's been....years since I've drawn these two.

Catik and Larkwood, best known realm-wide for a playful number composed about them by a spiteful Hiroshi. They spent years...arguing past each other before they came to realize they were....rather attracted to the other. When they got married, it was a short affair and Cat almost immanently was dubbed a knight of the realm and pulled into the realm-wide conflict. Larkwood ended up pregnant with Cat's twin sons...and was immediately spirited away for the protection of the knight's children. Cat's spent...maybe a year as Larkwood's husband before he was taken away- and that's being generous.

The two are actually adorable. XD Sparring is their cuddling- and insulting one another is thir sweet talk.

...also, yes, Hiroshi has ruined their lives. The song "The bear and the dragon" is now the realm's favorite drinking song. Never. Ever. Get on the bad side of a bard. This is wisdom.
